Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 4, 2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Turf Scout Player App (the “App”), operated by Oxlac Tech LLP (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Carrier Charges

Standard carrier data charges may apply when accessing or using the App via a mobile network. We are not responsible for any such charges.

3. Account and Authentication

To use certain features of the App, you must sign in using your phone number and verify via OTP. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Booking Policy

All payments made on Turf Scout related to bookings of venues or participation in games are subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy shown prior to checkout.

5. Restrictions on Use

• Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to interfere with or compromise the integrity or security of the App.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or replicate any content or system functionality.
• Do not impersonate others or provide false information.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, designs, code, and trademarks in the App are the property of Oxlac Tech LLP or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

7. Modifications to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or for any other reason at our discretion.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of venues, bookings, or any services. You use the App at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Oxlac Tech LLP be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to missed bookings, incorrect venue information, or data loss.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oxlac Tech LLP, its affiliates, and its partners from any claims or demands, including legal fees, arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Non-Assignment

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
