2. No Physical Shipping
Since our services consist entirely of digital bookings for venue slots and sports facility reservations, there are no physical items to ship or deliver. All transactions are for securing time slots at sports venues and facilities.
3. Service Delivery
- Booking Confirmation: Delivered instantly via email and in-app notification after successful payment
- Booking Details: Accessible immediately in your app under "My Bookings"
- Receipts and Invoices: Sent to your registered email address within minutes of booking
- Venue Information: Available instantly in the app including address, contact details, and directions
4. What You Receive
When you make a booking through Turf Scout, you receive:
- Digital booking confirmation with unique booking ID
- Venue details including address and contact information
- Booking time slot and duration details
- Payment receipt and invoice
- Access to customer support for your booking
5. Venue Access
Your booking grants you access to the booked venue during your reserved time slot. Simply show your booking confirmation (digital or printed) at the venue to gain entry.
